Crystal Pyramid have been my website gurus for over 3 years now and when Mark suggested I give this a whirl I thought... heck, why not. It was simple to set up and is really easy to use, and although it's only been live on the site for a week I've gained 4 more orders than I would have done otherwise, and all the customers who have used the chat have been overwhelmingly positive about the experience - without me even prompting them for feedback. Needless to say I've already transferred from the free trial to the "paid" version. If you aren't sure about it - ask them! It's painless!
